As it was announced during CEWQO 2007 in Palermo, Belgrade will host the15th Central European Workshop on Quantum Optics. It is planned to happen between May 30 and June 3. CEWQO 2008 should be a continuation of a successful series of yearly meetings, bringing together scientists from all Europe and in particular from Central Europe, but also from the other countries. Previous meetings have offered excellent opportunities for the exchange of knowledge and ideas between leading scientists and young researchers in quantum optics and related areas.

Recent workshops in this series took place in Vienna (www.ati.ac.at/~neutropt/cewqo2006/) and Palermo (www.fisica.unipa.it/~cewqo2007/).
